Christmas is the time of year when people are willing to spend a little bit more and indulge. I had the idea of sending Farmdrop customers a Christmas catalogue/coffee table-esque book to inspire them during the festive season. It featured the entire Christmas range as well as recipes, tips and editorial content. Due to the tight budget, my responsibilities covered everything from art direction and food styling to design and layout. The catalogue proved to be a huge success in boosting AOV and reactivating lapsed customers.

To thank our most loyal customers over the Christmas period, Farmdrop collaborated with producers to create a range of own-brand gifts which I concepted and designed. They were a hit with customers and increased online customer engagement, brand loyalty and a surge in AOV.
