I’m Georgie, a creative designer and art director with over 10 years' experience. I graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth with a degree in Visual Communication and started my career as a designer at Abel & Cole. My time was evenly split between print and digital design (print design, is that even a term anymore?!)
From there I joined Farmdrop, a sustainable food delivery business. The team grew from a small startup of 15 people to 80 within a couple of years so my workload varied enormously, I even turned a van into a cow! After taking on a number of large OOH campaigns and photoshoots my role evolved into an Art Director position.
I then joined Patch as a Senior Art Director on a contract basis, creating and concepting social ads, transforming their boring brochure into a magazine and turbo-boosting their instagram following.
My next role was at Callaly as their Art Director. Callaly are a period care startup and inventors of the tampliner. Being only a small team of 20, I was the only creative within the company which meant I got to work on all types of projects, most proudly the hugely successful #VulvaTalk campaign!
I’m now Creative Lead at Sipsmith, the Quintessential London Gin. A gin that brought hand-cut, small batch gin back to its birthplace in London, transforming London’s gin culture.
