I worked on a number of digital projects during my time at Farmdrop, including digital ads, social content, email design and translating the brand online throughout the customer journey. Farmdrop positions itself as a ‘new type of supermarket’. It was important to make customers feel comfortable browsing the website and exploring the range, realising Farmdrop aren’t just a fruit and veg box scheme. I designed a number of key emails, including the welcome journey and ‘your year in review’ as a way to make people feel good about their shopping experience.
