Wish I’d Known…
I designed our newsletter series ‘Wish I’d Known’, a weekly editorial and content-led newsletter dedicated to all the things we wish we’d known sooner in life. In it you'll hear musings on little-discussed subjects around periods, bodies and beyond. The newsletter with the highest open rate was (unsurprisingly) ‘Wish I'd Known… about masturbation’.
I repurposed Callaly’s signature ‘blob’ shapes and used them to frame the images. I also introduced the headline font Grenette to be used where editorial authority is slightly more important than pure brand voice.
Customer email series
I revamped Callaly’s whole customer email series by designing a collection of email templates and creating new brand touchpoints in the customer email flow. We used survey feedback from the CX and Data Insight team to produce relevant and informative emails including a welcome email and tampliner tips, to further illustrate Callaly’s offering, mission and values.
